Illinois Death Penalty Abolished? Pat Quinn Plans To Sign Bill, Lawmaker Says
The death penalty is no deterrent to crime - if anything the death penalty and "three strikes" laws increase violent crime by encouraging perpetrators to eliminate witnesses. Read the Article at HuffingtonPost
