Corporatio­ns are hoarding cash. The tax cuts did not create jobs, they created unemployme­nt by removing money from the economy. Rich people hoarding cash do not create jobs, poor and Middle Class people with money to spend create rich people.



To paraphrase Hartmann, the only thing Republican "trickle-d­own" economic theory ever created was a nation of peons.
